POSITION: Regional Sales Manager (Americas)
LOCATION: Atlanta, Georgia
The ExeQfind Group has been retained by our client to find a sales leader to support their global food and beverage packaging business as it expands its footprint across North and South America.Our search mandate is to find and assess candidates with sales management experience in packaging solutions for the foodservice, quick service restaurants, grocery and FMCG industry sectors.
The Regional Sales Manager (Americas) will report to the Vice President of Global Sales (based outside the US). He / she will have 2 direct reports which include the Regional Sales Manager (Latin America) and the Regional Sales Manager (North America).
We are seeking candidates with the ability to work remotely from a home office and travel throughout the US from 30 to 60% of the time. We are particularly interested in candidates who live within a reasonable commute to a major airport. Qualified candidates within the Greater Atlanta Metro area are preferred but not required.
The successfully hired Regional Sales Manager (Americas) will be tasked with driving consistent, sustainable, and profitable growth throughout the Americas by effectively developing key customer partnerships and the execution of strategic sales plans. He / she will play a key supporting role to the global Vice President of Sales in executing our client’s market strategy for the Americas region.

Our client is a respected global leader within their segment of packaging solutions for the quick service restaurant (QSR), food service, grocery, and fast-moving consumer goods industry segments. They are one of the world’s largest manufacturers of paper and cardboard products made from sustainably and ethically sourced materials.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates MUST have relevant sales and business development experience within the food service, quick service restaurant (QSR), grocery or relevant packaging industry.
Possess strong verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and position our client as a supplier of choice.
Will have solid analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrable business acumen.
- Previous experience applying a disciplined approach to following business processes.
- Will be self-directed with the experience to analyze performance and will have the knowledge and relationships to stay abreast of packaging and industry trends within the Americas region.
- Will have strong working knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) as well as having CRM experience. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
